Great People, Great Place
If you are looking for a 5 star resort experience, Lorries is NOT for you
If you are looking for somewhere welcoming, clean and comfortable, then this
is definitely the place.
My wife and I spent a few days at Lorries at the end of June. We were made to
feel very welcome by Clive and his team. Although having never met
before, we were instantly treated like old friends.
They are a wealth of knowledge about Zimbabwe and especially Victoria Falls
and are very willing to share while you enjoy a cold beer at the bar.
The buildings may not be new and some of the furniture doesn't match, but
our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the garden is beautiful and
the dogs are friendly.
I would definitely recommend Lorries as a relaxing base from which to
explore Victoria Falls.
